Chris talked about how we are not defined by what we do. This was incredible to me because, as you know, I always define myself by how well I can do something, especially with work. This was amazing for me to hear, but it was even more amazing when I got home because I thought that since I now knew that I wasn't defined by what I can do that I would not do my work as well. It was just the opposite, I found myself wanting to do a better good and enjoying it more.
